Did a nice job refurbishing a tired and saggy Ekornes Stressless leather sofa. Polite and friendly. Recommended.

Paul provided us a first class, professional service in replacing the leather on our 20 year old sofa seat cushions. He came to our home to assess and match the colour and grain, provided us with a fixed price and a 2 week timescale. True to his word he delivered the completed cushion cases back after 2 weeks, the result is fabulous, our sofas look brand new. A lovely man to deal with, very knowledgeable and his guidance was much appreciated. Paul has our highest recommendation.

Repaired and re sprung two Stressless Recliner seats (one had collapsed) and added new padding, the seats are better than were new. Paul did a first class professional job and knows his craft. I fully recommend.

Our beloved leather recliner had some serious arm and seat base damage that required replacing. Paul was amazing. His communications were swift and informative, he picked up the chair and returned it after repair, which only took 2 weeks. The result is nothing short of spectacular. The new leather is the same thickness and feel as the old and a perfect colour match. His stitching is perfect and the brass tacks that go up and down the front of each arm are more precisely nailed in than they were from new. The whole chair got a good cleaning and the mechanism has clearly been lubricated. We have been going back into our living room just to look at the chair. An old friend restored to its former glory. Cannot recommend Paul enough.

Paul came out to my house too deep clean and repair and recolour my car seats. right from the start he was very clear and precise on how the work will be carried out and what the expectation would be after. Paul arrived on time and it's level of workmanship was exemplary. He took his time to do the work. A Very nice guy to talk to and explain the process very well as I was interested. Our two 8 year old cream leather sofas had seen us well through our children's teenage years but were now looking distinctly shabby and we were toying whether or not to invest in new ones. I talked to Paul and decided to take a chance on his restoration plan. Boy am I glad I did! Paul is a thorough professional and the results are outstanding. If the sofas last another year or two this service has paid for itself, but judging on the quality of the finish these sofas will last years and years to come. I couldn't be happier.

What a find! Always a bit cautious when engaging someone from an internet site to undertake work for us - but Paul was a pleasure to deal with. His customer service is excellent - (so refreshing these days) and the restoration work he did on our Stressless chairs was perfect and very reasonably priced. We won't hesitate to get in touch with him if we have any leather problems in future.

I recently purchased a Jaguar XK and unfortunately the Leather interior was in poor condition. The Drivers Seat Bolster was very badly damaged and the rest of the Leather was in a poor state. Paul from Leather Repair Master came out and cleaned up all the leather as well as carefully removing the drivers seat. Paul returned the seat a week later fully repaired. The interior of the car now looks like new and the quality of the work is outstanding. I would highly recommend Paul for his excellent customer service and the outstanding quality of his work..
